These Terms & Conditions are administered on behalf of  M.K. TRADING CO. (L.L.C.) maintaining the https://mktradingco.com (“Site”).. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to the M.K. TRADING CO. (L.L.C.), registered in the UAE, and whose registered office is at, Dubai, UAE. M.K. TRADING CO. L.L.C. TRN number is 100061806400003 and this applies to all charges from M.K. TRADING CO. L.L.C. applied under these Terms and Conditions.

PRINCIPLE TERMS

This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions in the declaration section of the web sign up process.

The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the Terms & Conditions, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and M.K. TRADING CO. (L.L.C.)’ policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for products and services.

Payment confirmation via email to the email address you provide at the point of registration within 24 hours of receipt.

You, as the cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership account and payment details.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Standard Items

All items come with a 12 month manufacturing warranty from date of purchase, unless stipulated otherwise in the product information, or in the Terms and Conditions mentioned below.

DOA and Faulty Goods

If you find that there is a manufacturing fault with the device then please contact us and mention the complete details of the fault. If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first 7 days after receiving delivery then we will come to collect the defective unit within 5 working days and arrange for a replacement where possible. Alternatively, you can drop the product off at our service centre. In either case you will be asked for your original invoice and proof of ID. Replacements will only be given once the defective product has been checked and approved as a DOA item. If the product is outside of the DOA period, then you will be asked to drop the product off at our service centre. We will take the appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem.

Repair

For any product that is under warranty, we offer repair through our dedicated service center.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer can cancel the orders within 24 hours. In case if you cancel the order or if it’s cancelled from our end, the amount will be refunded back to credit card/debit card.

RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy on Mktradingco.com?

If you wish to return anything that you have bought from MK Trading Company LLC, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided that it is in fully re-saleable condition.

Returns should be made within 7 days of your purchase in original, undamaged packaging. In most cases original and undamaged packaging refers to the manufacturer’s packaging that the product was delivered to you in. An item being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item.

If the product being returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, manufacturer seal is opened, or accessories, manuals or bundled (Free) items may be missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

How do I return my purchase?

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by sending an email to customercare@mktradingco.com or give us a call so that we assist you with the returns procedure.

How will I be refunded for my purchase?

Once your items have been returned to us and it has been inspected and approved by us (usually within 3-5 days of receipt), your refund will be processed within 1 week from the date of authorization. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if you haven’t received your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 10 to 45 business days after processing for the credited amount to show in your account.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refunds of your orders with Cash on Delivery (COD) are by issuing you a return coupon equivalent to value of the item(s) you returned. The coupon will be redeemable with mktradingco.com for your future orders If you do not wish to keep then please contact our Customer Service Center or email us at customercare@mktradingco.com

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

While Mktradingco.com take great care to ensure that your products are packaged safely to protect items from transit damage, we do accept that damage may occur.

If you have received a broken item, then please contact MK Trading Company LLC Customer Service as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

What should I do if the wrong item was shipped to me?

If the item that you received is not as ordered, please call us or send us an email at customercare@mktradingco.com as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of delivery so that we assist you with the return process.

Will my exchange or return request ever be denied?

If the items returned are not in the original condition, we may refuse to honor an exchange or refund.

Sometimes we are unable to exchange an item due to unavailability of the stock. In that case you will be refunded for the value of the item.

Who will pay the cost of shipping returns?

If you have received a wrong delivery or the item that you have received is not as pictured or described or in case you have received a damaged or faulty item, the return shipping will be of no charge for you.

If you are returning an item for any reason other than the above, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.

Once your order is processed, we deliver within 24-48 working hours across the UAE for FREE for all orders above AED 500. Deliveries are done between 9:00am and 8:00pm Saturday-Thursday. We always endeavor to deliver on time but sometimes delays are inevitable and we will notify you of the same beforehand. All deliveries are subject to stock availability.

Deliveries will be shipped as soon as the order information is verified, we will do our best to deliver your order fast. This is subject to payment confirmation and correct delivery address details provided by the customer.
